Why can't I order just one color?

We dye our wool in small batches and can not guarantee exact shades in any color.  Even the natural colors of our fleeces vary by animal breed and growing season. We raise several breeds of sheep so some wool may be lustrous and others might be soft and crimpy.  So giving customers exactly what they want is tricky online. Therefore, we recommend visiting us so you can pick out exactly what you want when it has to be just so.  But when you are open to the possibilities, try our theme boxes and roving rainbow (no two are ever alike so order often)!
