Pork

We raise heritage Mulefoot cross hogs on our farm.  They are a medium sized pig that enjoys eating their greens and is friendly to handle.  The meat is marbled and slightly red.  Whole hogs can be ordered.  Frozen USDA inspected cuts range from $6.75 - 10 /lb.

Lamb

We raise several breeds of sheep on rotated pastures.  In the fall, freezer lambs are available.  Frozen USDA inspected cuts range from $7 - 14 /lb.

Chicken

Whole broilers from 4 to 8 lbs are $4/lb.  During the summer months we also sell breasts, legs and thighs.  During the winter months, soup chickens are available.
